Team Organizer's Instructions

COMPANY/TEAM ORGANIZER

Your responsibilities as team organizer include:

• Maintain Team Registrations (Team can include employees, as well as their families and friends)

• Ensure that all participants have signed the registration form.

• Promote the corporate challenge to your company via emails and meetings as often as possible

• Send in registration forms with payment made payable to St. John Greek Orthodox Day School at 2418 Swann Ave. Tampa, 33609 received no later than April 27th.

• Please sign up for the CEO Challenge by reporting the highest ranking official in your organization that is participating in the 5k.

Volunteers

It takes a lot of people to make the GunnAllen Financial May Classic 5K a success.  If you know someone who cannot participate on a team, but would like to help, please contact:

Note: Volunteering at the GunnAllen Financial May Classic 5K counts towards high school Community Service requirements.
